But seriously, I don't know how you can just keep glossing over the fact that everything that happened happened because a dude made a conscious decision to pursue someone that WASN'T in the commission of the crime after specifically being instructed by real law enforcement not to do so. The dominoes wouldn't have fallen if he hadn't knocked them down.
