@ Shaz - Hot n Sour soup and Egg Drop soup are must tries. Wanton soup is good too depending on what they stuff the dumplings with (I love the duck and chicken ones, but avoid the pork imo). If you see the term "poo poo" platter (also known as a bo bo platter here), don't shy from it because it's a sampler platter that commonly includes fried wantons (cream cheese commonly), egg rolls, ribs, and steak strips.
Almond Chicken, Sesame chicken, Chop suey, Chow mein, Crab Rangoon, Pepper Steak, Beef n Broc, Moo shu Chicken, Lo mein, Ginger Beef, and if they have it, I recommend the Mongolian Stir Fry (it’s commonly found at Chinese restaurants here even though it’s not technically Chinese food.)
