Not without first learning enough english to cut a promo

Americans tend to demand that people engage us verbally before we get invested in them. Seriously, the US seems to be without a doubt the most promo-heavy style there is. Mexico has more colorful characters, Japan has more realistic action, US has guys with microphones

Say my name and his in the same breath, I dare you to say they taste they same.

    unfortunately

I for one, love CMLL and AAA, and would have loved to see Mistico come to the WWE and lead a new cruiserweight revolution, but alas, that seems less likely than me losing 50 pounds and becoming a ballerina

Actually the dude is pretty over. Kids dig his merchandise. I heard he sells more than he is supposed to for his spot.
WWE can work around him cutting promos for a while as his matches are flashy and he wins. I think that when he goes to main event he probably will need someone for a while to be his mouthpiece, but after that he can be booked as a Randy Orton, although that might be a lot harder with his character than with the Randy Orton character.
But he has had a string of bad luck since he's in WWE. I hope that ends for him once he returns.
