Okay so for my first Pro wrestling lesson:
1.) Trying to run the ropes is harder than you think. Your timing has to be perfect and you have to turn just right. The rope will eat a friggin' bruise into your hip as well.
2.) I can already tell taking bumps is going to suck. I started out doing what's called a squat bump. It's basically just what it sounds; you squat down and fall straight back. Make sure you keep your chin tucked, mouth closed, and elbows/arms straight out. I must have fell backwards 500 times today lol. Instant headache.
3.) Shoulder.Rolls.Suck. After doing about ten in a row you get woozy lol.
I did however take my first "Flair Chop". Burns like a mother. I think I'm already in love!
