Exclamation Top superstars of the Noughties

WWE has recently released a DVD of top superstars of the 21st century, but it should be called of the noughties as the 21st century has only just began. So I thought we could do our own one and see how it matched up with theirs.

We will make a shortlist of 50 then narrow it down to 25. From there we will go down one by one.

Each person can nominate up to three wrestlers. All WCW (when WWE had belt), WWE and World Heavyweight champions are allready through to the top 50. This leaves 25 spots for nominated superstars to fill. I will leave it one week (or more depending many people get involved in this) before we have a vote to see who gets through to the top 50.

So nominate away, but remeber, it is based on what they did between 2000-2009 in WWE(So don't have Punk win, I love him too but he is not the top superstar of the noughties). Also, there is no point nominating someone who has already been nominated, it just makes your opinion count for less.

    My three nominies:
    1 - Kane
    2 - Christian
    3 - Umaga

Nominies for top 50 so far: (no particular order)
    Champs
    1 - Brock Lesnar
    2 - Kurt Angle
    3 - Big Show
    4 - John Cena
    5 - Edge
    6 - JBL
    7 - Booker T
    8 - Randy Orton
    9 - Undertaker
    10 - Rey Mysterio
    11 - Chris Benoit
    12 - Eddie Guerrero
    13 - Triple H
    14 - Batista
    15 - Chris Jericho
    16 - Rob Van Dam
    17 - Hulk Hogan
    18 - Great Khali
    19 - The Rock
    20 - Steve Austin
    21 - Jeff Hardy
    22 - Sheamus
    23 - Shawn Michaels
    24 - Goldberg
    25 - CM Punk
    Non Champs (Nominated)
    26 - Kane
    27 - Christian
    28 - Umaga
    29 - Bill DeMott
    30 - Rikishi
    31 - Jamie Noble

    1. Cena (I hate to pick him 1st but 2000-2009 he did so much)
    2. Edge
    3. Orton
    4. Eddie Guerrero (Would be higher if he didn't miss half of it)
    5. Chris Benoit (Did a lot in this decade)
    6. Christian
    7. Trish Stratus

I picked 7 because 2 are deceased, 1 is a diva and I think they should be a 2nd list for them in this good idea and i'm a peep :P
    so 7 nominations lol

I was kind of asking people to nominate people who were not world, WCW or WWE champs. I had already included them. You choose non world champs who were influential and/or had some big fueds, such as Bobby Lashley, Elijah Burk, Tommy Dreamer, Vladmir Kozlov, Ric Flair (He still did a bit in the noughties), Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Mick Foley

And it was meant to be a just Male one

In the title it does say WWE achievements in the opening post. And, well he wasn't in WWE from 2000-2009

Only the ECW champion, which I am not counting. He was WWF champ before the turn of the century and World champ in 2010.

Jeff Hardy was already on there from being World Champ and WWE champ, but thanks for the other two. First person to actually add to the nominations list, apart from me
