Newcastle are fine IMO, they have the squad to get them the points to stay up.
Sunderland have pretty tough games. The Villa and Stoke games are the only ones I can see them getting points from. It all comes down to what kind of affect Di Canio has on them. If they go down though, I don't see them loosing too many players.
One game that sticks out as being a crucial game for me is on the last day of the season: Villa against Wigan. Good chance that might be a relegation decider. However, that depends on how Wigan do for the games leading up to that. They have City, Spurs, Swansea and Arsenal to play.
With the remaining gams for all the teams involved, it's tough to predict who will be the 3rd team relegated at this point.
