If I were Vince McMahon 2

As I quite clearly put too many periods in the last thread, I accidentally am unable to update it again, therefore, I have created a new thread to attempt to continue this fed.

For my own booked Over The Limit, plus the first 2 Raws and 2 Smackdowns leading up to Capitol Punishment, check my other thread.

    http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/commun...-Vince-McMahon......

Also, through my email I managed to read the one post on the 2nd page, so my reply is:
    @ Straight Edge Zero
Thanks for the feedback mate, I just felt that Punk needs to become a singles competitor again and Mcintyre needs a push, so that's the reason he is the leader, but there was no way to keep Punk on Raw and not as the leader of the Nexus without at least a mini-feud. I know what you mean though and I'll try to address that, as you will see straight away with the next Raw ep.

As for the card of Capitol Punishment so far, here it is, look out for new updates ASAP!

    Updated Capitol Punishment card

R-Truth vs. John Cena(c)- WWE Championship- The Miz as special guest referee

Sheamus vs. Randy Orton(c)- World Heavyweight Championship

Jinder Mahal & The Great Khali vs. Kane & Big Show(c)- Tag Championships

Kharma vs. Beth Phoenix vs. Eve Torres vs. Kelly Kelly(c)- Divas Championship

    CM Punk vs. Drew Mcintyre

Christian & ? vs. Cody Rhodes & Ted Dibiase

    Raw

No fireworks this week as R-Truth's statement hits straight away. He comes out with a mic. He tells the fans not to boo him. He says that the little jimmys aren't happy right now, because last week, he made sure this conspiracy ends in 2 weeks at Capitol Punishment. He said that The Miz will be as fair a referee as any referee out there, but it means that nobody will help Cena be 'the man' anymore. He said that in 2 weeks, he will be the WWE Champion, finally. The Miz's music hits and he comes out. He gets a mic once he gets in the ring and says that the NEW WWE Champion is...R-Truth! He says that he will make sure R-Truth wins, and in return, he just wants to be first in line. Truth agreed and said that he will be the fighting champion he promised all those months ago when John Morrison did what he did. John Cena's music hit and he came out. He asked the Raw GM how this is fair. He said that he will fight and fight but he knows Miz won't be down the middle. The GM buzzed in and Cole answered it. He said that after last week's main event finish where Dolph Ziggler gave R-Truth a chair, he said that Miz will have to earn the right to be special guest referee. He said that in the main event tonight, The Miz will face a superstar of John Cena's choosing, and the winner will be the special guest referee in 2 weeks! He told Miz to get out of the ring, because R-Truth is in action right now...against Rey Mysterio in an Over The Limit rematch! R-Truth is obviously not happy about this as we go to commercial.

    Commercial.

Match 1: Rey Mysterio def. R-Truth by DQ.

Finish: Rey hits Truth with the 619 but Dolph Ziggler appears from the crowd and attacks Rey. He lays Rey out with a Zig Zag on the floor. After the match, The Raw GM buzzed in again, and Cole quoted that Dolph just bought himself a match tonight....against John Cena!

    Commercial.

A video recap of what just happened is shown, and Todd Grisham is joined by Rey Mysterio backstage. Rey says that he doesn't know what Dolph's problem with him is, but he'll sort this out. He said that he's gonna confront Dolph later on tonight.

Back in the ring, Santino Marella is shown getting ready for action. Alberto Del Rio comes out to be his opponent.

Match 2: Alberto Del Rio def. Santino Marella.

Finish: Santino goes for the Cobra but Del Rio reverses into a Cross Armbreaker. After the match, Del Rio starts to beat down on Santino but Vladimir Kozlov makes the save. Kozlov disposes of Del Rio from the ring, before attending to Santino.

    Commercial.

Drew Mcintyre came out with The New Nexus to new music. He said that recent failed attempts from this group to be the top dogs on this show have shown weaknesses. He said that The Nexus is no more. He said that from now on, this is Drew Mcintyre & The Disciples. He said that Wade Barrett made it all about himself, he said that CM Punk made it all about sacriface. He said that he will make it all about gold. He said that with the championships available on Raw, there is the WWE Championship, the US Championship and the Tag Championships. He said that that is four superstars, but there is five in this group. He said he wanted to find the weak link. He said that at Capitol Punishment, a Fatal 4 Way match will take place, and whoever is pinned will leave The Disciples, and Raw! The Disciples all looked at each other while Drew Mcintyre walked away up the ramp. When he reached the top of the ramp, he turned around to look back at them. He turned to go backstage but CM Punk appeared from nowhere and kicked Drew in the head. He picked Drew up and laid him out with a GTS as The Disciples began to run up the ramp. Punk took off backstage as we went to commercial.

    Commercial.

Back from commercial and Kharma is in the ring ready for action. Brie Bella comes out, with Nikki, to be her opponent.

Match 3: Kharma def. Brie Bella.

Finish: Brie & Nikki do the twin magic, but Kharma hits Nikki with the Implant Buster anyway and covers for the win. After the match, Kharma grabs Brie and lays her out with another Implant Buster.

The commentators run down the card so far for Capitol Punishment as Dolph Ziggler's music hits. We go to commercial as he makes his way to the ring with Vickie Guerrero.

    Commercial.

Match 4: John Cena def. Dolph Ziggler.

Finish: Ziggler goes for the Zig Zag but Cena grabs the ropes and Dolph lands awkwardly. Cena locks in the STF and Dolph taps out. After the match, Cena lets Dolph go and Rey Mysterio's music hits. Rey rushes the ring and slides in. He is given a mic and says that he wants to know Dolph's problem. Vickie gets in Rey's face and slaps him. Rey asks why Vickie is with this joke, saying that he isn't Eddie. Vickie slaps Rey again as Dolph reaches his feet. He is given a mic and he says that that is his problem. He said that Rey is always using Eddie as an excuse. He says that Rey did nothing before Eddie died, and ever since then, he has used Eddie's name to get his own way. Rey looked down before attacking Dolph. Dolph bailed from the ring and Vickie followed. Rey went to follow Dolph but Cena held Rey back. Rey watched as Dolph backed up the ramp holding his eye.

    Commercial.

We get a video recap of what just happened as we are shown Dolph Ziggler backstage being attended to by EMTs. Vickie starts screaming about Rey being an animal and needs to be locked up. The EMTs say that Dolph needs to be taken to hospital to get a retina scan, and they all walk off.

Back in the ring, R-Truth comes out. He introduces The Miz. Miz comes out and starts to speak of John Cena and the conspiracy but he is cut off by Cena's music. Cena comes to the stage and introduces his choice....Zack Ryder bro! Ryder comes out and comes to the ring with Cena as we go to commercial.

    Commercial.

Match 5: The Miz def. Zack Ryder to be the special guest referee at Capitol Punishment.

Finish: Truth tries to distract the referee but Cena is having none of it, attacking Truth and throwing him into the fans barricade. Back in the ring, Ryder goes for a Rough Ryder but Miz gets out of the way and hits Ryder with a Skull Crushing Finale for the pin. Miz bails from the ring and backs up the ramp as Cena gets in the ring. Raw goes off the air with a close up of Miz smiling on the ramp.

    Smackdown

Fireworks kick off Smackdown and Josh Matthews & Booker T welcome us to the show, they hype the revealing of Christian's partner tonight as well as Ezekiel Jackson vs. Wade Barrett and The Great Khali vs. Big Show! Sheamus' music hits and he makes his way to the ring. He gets a mic and starts to speak about his match with Randy Orton in 2 weeks. He said that he will become the World Heavyweight Champion and have won both the WWE Championship and World Heavyweight Championship in the quickest time since his debut, less than 3 years ago. Randy Orton's music hits and he comes out. He says that Sheamus can talk all he wants, but it's all about action. He said that after Capitol Punishment, he's still gonna be the World Heavyweight Champion. Teddy Long's music hit and he came out. He said that tonight, Orton & Sheamus are gonna pick each other's poisons!

    Commercial.

Back from commercial and Wade Barrett was on his way to the ring alone. Ezekiel Jackson's music hit but he didn't come out. The camera view was switched to backstage where Zeke was shown out cold, EMTs all surrounded him as we cut back to Wade Barrett who was smirking. Teddy Long came out and said that Zeke was in no condition to compete so this match is therefore a no contest.

Match 1: Ezekiel Jackson vs. Wade Barrett was ruled a no contest.

After the match, Wade got on the mic and said that he should be given the Championship by default. Teddy Long said that he has no other choice but to accept that. He told the timekeeper to give Wade the ICT Championship. Wade started to celebrate but Long said he wasn't finished. He said that Wade will defend his Championship right now...against Daniel Bryan! And The Corre are banned from ringside. Bryan's music hit as we went to commercial.

    Commercial.

Match 2: Daniel Bryan def. Wade Barrett to win the ICT Championship.

Finish: Wade went for the Wasteland but Bryan rolled out of it, still holding Wade's arm. He locked in the LeBell Lock and Wade tapped out. After the match, Bryan began to celebrate in the ring but The Corre ran in. Bryan hit Gabriel with the belt before bailing and running away. The Corre helped Wade to his feet as we go to commercial.

    Commercial.

Back from commercial and we get a video recap of what just happened. The commentators hype up the next match as Big Show takes on Great Khali! Khali's music hits and he is accompanied by Jinder Mahal. Big Show's music hits and Kane is with him.

Match 3: The Great Khali def. Big Show.

Finish: Jinder Mahal gets on the ropes but Kane isn't happy so he takes him out. The distraction allows Khali to take advantage and he hits Show with a Khali Chop for the pin. After the match, Kane gets in the ring and starts laying into Khali but Khali pushes him back and grabs him in the Vise Grip. Kane screams as we go to commercial.

    Commercial.

Back from commercial and we are shown a video of Kane needing help to leave the ring in the commercial. Randy Orton comes out for his match. Sheamus comes out and announces that Orton will take on this man. Mark Henry's music hits and he comes out to start this match.

Match 4: Randy Orton def. Mark Henry.

Finish: Henry goes for the big splash but Orton rolls out of the way. Henry gets to his feet and Orton lays him out with an RKO. After the match, Sheamus goes to make a run in but Orton does his punching the mat viper pose and Sheamus thinks twice about it.

    Commercial.

Back from commercial and Christian's music hits. He comes out and says that tonight is all about the revealing of his partner. He said that he wishes he could name Edge, but he can't. He said that since Capitol Punishment is from Washington D.C, it's quite ironic but his partner is...he is distracted by Cody Rhodes' music hitting. Rhodes comes out with Ted Dibiase. He says that he wouldn't be bothered even if Christian did name Edge. He said that Christian can name anybody in the WWE's history, and he will still lose. He said that he will personally hit the Cross Rhodes on Christian's partner in 2 weeks. Ted Dibiase grabbed the mic and said that it's all about the money, and if he chose to pay off Christian's partner to make it a handicap match, he could do so with a click of his fingers. Christian said that when the two of them will stop giving us all earache, he'd like to name his partner. Rhodes told him to go right ahead. Christian smiled and said his partner, since they are in Washington D.C, is Ronald Reagan. Rhodes & Dibiase stared at Christian for a few seconds before bursting out laughing. Rhodes said that if Christian wanted to enlist the help of dead presidents, that was fine, but he's gonna find that it will be a handicap match anyway. He said that he'll see Christian in 9 days, before going backstage.

    Commercial.

Back from commercial, and Tamina is on her way out here. Kaitlyn comes out to be her opponent.

    Match 5: Tamina def. Kaitlyn.

Finish: Tamina hits a Superfly Splash to get the pin. After the match, the commentators speak about how Tamina is starting to look impressive.

    Commercial.

Back from commercial and the commentators hype up the card so far for Capitol Punishment. Booker T also announces to the crowd that he's received official word that Daniel Bryan will defend his ICT Championship against Wade Barrett in Wade's rematch clause.

Randy Orton's music hits and he comes out to join commentary. Sheamus comes out and waits for Orton to announce his opponent. Orton gets a microphone and says that Sheamus will face this man. Sin Cara's music hits and he comes down. He does his entrance into the ring but Sheamus is waiting. Cara gets up and Sheamus hits a Brogue Kick. Orton stops Sheamus doing anything and asks why Cara is out here. He says that Sheamus' real opponent is this man. Nobodies music hits but Booker T gets off his commentary position to show he is in ring attire, and runs into the ring. Sheamus turns into the big roundhouse kick, and this one is underway.

Match 6: Sheamus def. Booker T.

Finish: Booker has Sheamus ready for the scissors kick but Sheamus moves out of the way and grabs Booker for the High Cross. He covers Booker and gets the pin. Orton rushes the ring and goes to hit Sheamus with an RKO but Sheamus pushes Orton off. He hits Orton with a Brogue Kick and stands over the fallen Orton as Smackdown goes off the air.

    Ok Raw review:

Truth opening was not favorite thing about the whole show, I get some people like him now that he's a heel and whatnot but he really has done nothing worthwhile for him to receive the push he's gotten over the last few weeks; its ok for this since you threw the Miz into the mix but I really hate that people have made the Truth heel more than it is since he will never be WWE Champion so long as Cena remains in the title picture and given that even in those 10 months that he was ''being out of it'' (seriously....being involved in EVERY main event match, be it as a referee in the Nexus storyline or whatever he could sneak himself in there) you knew once he got the title back it was be gonna be champ for a looonnngggggg time before he would lose it and especially not at the hands at R-Truth, Del Rio maybe but not Truth.

Due to the interference by Dolph and that he got a match against Cena I can assume a tag match will most likely take place on the next Raw I look forward to that if it happens.

Nice to see Santino again even if he lost and that Koslov still helps him, though having Del Rio hire Koslov as a new bodyguard of sorts since he no longer has Clay would've been a nice touch in this, just wanted to point that out.

But keep in mind the WWE is uber filled with heels and if and this is if this would've happened some new faces have to emerge via heel turns or any FCW talent you feel should fit well in this would be nice as well.

The Disciples is a good interim name until and if they actually succeed in winning all the gold, then The Chosen Ones would be fitting; a weak link huh? Interesting....maybe some controversy on having a double pinfall maybe that way the true weak links (Otunga and Harris in my mind, cause Ryan is new and could do well with this new concept and McGillicutty I can tolerate) can be exiled and open a spot for a new Disciple maybe Curt Hawkins, Tyler Reks or a new FCW talent.

Kharma strikes again via Twin Magic, kudos on that.

Cena wins again....booo!!!! Still I understand why he needs the win, but the in ring promo was awkward at best, why would Dolph care if Mysterio's success was because of Eddie's memory? Only Vickie would care and even then that story was played out, maybe by questioning that all his success was because he was Latino or something other than the whole Eddie thing would've been better in my opinion.

To end this Raw review, Ryder in the Main Event, Woo Woo Woo yeah buddy!!!!! My favorite part of the show, Miz was gonna win regardless to stack the odds against Cena was still it's been forever since he's wrestled on Raw much less the Main event but this worked out great.

    Now Smackdown review:

Nice for Sheamus to get the opening promo and say he feels he will be the fastest newcomer to win both the World Heavyweight and WWE Championships.

Interesting start to Smackdown by having 2 Intercontinental title changes; the last one by Daniel Bryan nonetheless, great choice.

This Jinder Mahal figure is the one thing that makes thinks the champs will retain at the PPV, we saw very little offense in his debut match with Yoshi Tatsu and to have a full nelson as a finisher is weak even more so against the towering figures that are Kane and Big Show, even if he had the Sands of Time finisher he had at FCW he couldn't handle the weight and stature from them and perform it well so the pressure falls on Khali and he doesnt seem fitting of the WWE Tag Team Championships so in my mind the victory WILL go to the the champs.

Giving Orton the mental edge good, but if we want to take Sheamus seriously again he needs to be The Celtic Warrior not only name but in attitude have him face Orton even if he's gonna lose, that effort will mean more than him simply backing down cause Orton took ''Viper pose'', put some credibility back into Sheamus and he will even after losing to Orton (which is the likely outcome) be taken as a true Main Event star again.

Ronald Reagan....RR....Rated R.....Edge....O_o? Nice code lol, still even if it isnt Edge the bout at the PPV should provide a good, exciting match.

Wonder where this Tamina push is leading to?

A bit of a nice psych out with Sin Cara and then having Booker T fight was interesting, and having Sheamus end the show dominant over Orton very nice.

Cheers for the feedback again mate, I cut it all down to this quote but I agree with the jist of what you say. The whole heel-heavy Raw is the reason for some pushes you've seen. Ryder will be a top star on Raw in mine, purely because he's so over with the fans. Punk will be one of those unsure if he's heel or face for the next few months, plus Rey of course, and some more surprises down the road. Vickie with Dolph is a personal vendetta of mine, and obviously by my name/sig- Eddie Guerrero is my favourite WWE Superstar of all time, and I just wanted to see somebody turn around and say something to Vickie. So this Rey/Dolph thing is all due to that- and should last a while yet.

As for the SD review, again, I agree with the jist of what you are saying mate, and the Reagan bit was always meant to have people guessing, all I'm saying is that I am very proud of myself for coming up with it. Also, The Mahal/Khali vs. Show/Kane feud will last a few PPVs as I have a great idea for a final match between these two teams. And Tamina is a Diva I am quite fond of in terms of her in ring work, and I think I have a good idea for a future feud for her. Normally when I write WWE Fantasy, I don't do the divas so the diva stuff is new to me, so I may play around with a few ideas yet.

Raw & SD updates will be up by the end of the day, and hopefully so will Capitol Punishment!

They hype the main event of John Cena & Zack Ryder vs. The Miz & R-Truth, as well as Rey Mysterio addressing the WWE Universe over his assault of Dolph Ziggler last week. Drew Mcintyre's music hits and he comes out with The Disciples. He gets on the mic and speaks of this weekend's Fatal 4 Way which will see one superstar leave WWE for good. He said that he emailed the Raw GM earlier tonight and he got the GM to agree to allow each superstar here in the Disciples to be in action tonight against one of the 4 following superstars: CM Punk, Chris Masters, Kofi Kingston & Tyler Reks! He said that he'd leave it up to each superstar to decide who is facing who, but think fast, because the first match is right now! Kofi Kingston's music hit and he came out as we went to commercial.

    Commercial.

Back from commercial, and Mason Ryan is facing off with Kofi Kingston.

Back from commercial and we get a recap of Alberto Del Rio vs. Santino Marella, and the aftermath, last week, as Vlad Kozlov makes his way to the ring for a match with Del Rio.

Match 2: Vlad Kozlov def. Alberto Del Rio by DQ.

Finish: Kozlov had Del Rio ready for the Iron Curtain but Ricardo Rodriguez attacked Kozlov from behind. Rodiguez started to attack Kozlov but Santino made a run in and laid Rodriguez & Del Rio out with a Cobra each. Santino helped Kozlov to the back as we went to commercial.

    Commercial.

Back from commercial and we get more hype for the main event. Todd Grisham is shown backstage and he says he is joined by the WWE Champion, John Cena! He asks Cena how he was going to approach this Sunday's match with R-Truth knowing that The Miz is the special guest referee? Cena says that he will approach this match like he does every match, with hustle, loyalty & respect. He says that if he has the opportunity to win this match, he will win this match, because he's sure that the Raw GM will completely assert himself and not allow any wrongdoing on the part of The Miz. Cena walks off as Todd thanks him for his time.

Back in the ring, The Disciples are all ready for action as Tyler Reks' music hits, and we go to commercial.

    Commercial.

Match 3: Michael McGillicutty def. Tyler Reks.

Finish: During the match, McGillicutty beats down on Reks' leg, and after Reks gets some offence back in, he goes for the Burning Hammer but his leg gives way, and McGillicutty hits a McGillicutter for the pin. After the match, Drew Mcintyre gets in the ring and celebrates with McGillicutty.

We get a video showing Rey Mysterio walking towards the ring as we go to commercial.

    Commercial.

Rey Mysterio comes out and says that he was told to come out here and address what happened last week. He said he wants to see the footage one more time, so roll the clip. Rey beating down on Dolph Ziggler last week is shown and we cut back to Rey in the ring. He said that he thought about coming out here and apologizing but he isn't going to, because looking back at it, Dolph deserved that and so much more. He said that had it not been for John Cena, he might have done a lot more. He said that he won't apologize. Dolph Ziggler's music hit, but Vickie Guerrero came out. She shouted excuse me a few times as she walked to the ring. She got in the ring and said that Dolph isn't here tonight as doctors are unsure if he'll ever see again. She said that Rey should not only apologize for that but also for using Eddie's name to act out his jealousy. Rey said that he used Eddie's name because Eddie wouldn't be proud of his wife being with such an idiot. Vickie said that Dolph is just looking out for her. Rey said that he isn't somebody Vickie should be with. He said that Vickie has no business in the WWE anymore. He said that none of the fans love her anymore. He refused to apologize, and Vickie slapped him. Rey left the ring shaking his head as Vickie called him a coward and a monster.

    Commercial.

Back from commercial, and the Disciples are once again in the ring. The Raw GM buzzed and said that things have changed, and Husky Harris & David Otunga will face CM Punk & Chris Masters in a Tag Match right now!

Match 4: CM Punk & Chris Masters def. David Otunga & Husky Harris.

Finish: Otunga & Punk are the legal men. Harris tries to get involved but Masters takes him out. Punk lays Otunga out with a GTS and gets the pin.

After the match, Drew Mcintyre, Michael McGillicutty & Mason Ryan rush to the ring, and Punk & Masters get out of the way. Drew stares at Punk as he walks away up the ramp. As soon as Punk & Masters go backstage, Otunga & Harris both get up in the ring and stand with The Disciples. Drew pushes them away and gets a mic. He says that they've let down this team, and right now, they don't deserve to stand tall with them. He said that he has half a mind to get Ryan & McGillicutty to make them pay. He said that whoever loses this Sunday better be ready to pay the consequences.

    Commercial.

Back from commercial and Kelly Kelly is in the ring for action. Eve Torres' music hits and she comes out. The commentators hype this Sunday's fatal 4 way match.
