@MattElder Lol, naw that's not entirely not why I like them, but it does play a role. Nobody could've ever stopped this tag team. They were like Kane and Big Show now because they had no rules. What made them better in my mind is the fact that they were short lived. We don't know what would've happened if HHH hadn't have pulled that ligament in his knee. They went out on top and they were the most dominant force in the WWF/E. They were destroying the Brothers Of Destruction and anybody else that got in their way. I just feel like that type of tag team will never be re-created, just like Tupac will never be duplicated. We don't know what would've happened if Tupac would've survived that last shooting. He may have become stale to us, he might've made better songs. We don't know. That future doubt when a person's on top is what turns things from memorable into a legacy. And that's why I picked The Power Trip.

Great reasoning and i gotta agree with ya!

I like the Tupac referance, and for the record i don't think he would have gone stale IMO him and Biggie (BIG more so) were a head of their time. compare BIG's who shot ya to Mo money to differant beats to suit 2 differant times same with Pac and Calfornia Love....they had the ability to create lyrics suited for 2 differant genres and that my friend is talent!

The question i often wonder is how would they compare to mainstream guys 5 years ago e.g pac vs Eminem or Big vs Jay -z?

Also, may get some stick for this, but the Hardy Boyz from 99-01. They were great, they went off the rails afterwards, but together at that time they were one of the best things going in the WWE.
