    William Regal's Commentary

I was watching NXT as I infrequently do and was listening to and quite enjoying the commentary of William Regal and Todd Grisham. As much as I love Regal, he's still a bit timid and quiet on the mic. If you listen carefully, and luckily the in-ring action allows you to focus elsewhere, Regal comes out with a few gems, not to mention some weird, abstract comments. I am quietly confident he will get better. Still wondering about the logic of drafting him though.

He came up with a corker on last weeks show (cant remember what it was now) but i thought it was on par with some of punks.

A bit of time behind the deks and i think he could be a real asset

I actually prefer his timid commentary to Michael Cole's constant chatter.

The one armed widow cleaner line he said he stole from Gorgeous George was pretty funny. And when he said he had no friends.

I quite liked it when he called Novak an "oxygen theif" and when Regal said how devious he was, he would take Novak out on a winters night and light him on fire to warm his hands
