I agree with you, but the ones that they bring in should stay for at least a year or so. GFW should bring in new guys to get their own roster over. Once you have local wrestlers who hold victories over big names. You can run with them and present them as credible talent.

Exactly, is what they are doing with the TNA talent.

They are trying to do that with the TNA talent.

Here's some footage from what looks like there first show.

What do you guys think? I'll admit, looked like something I might check out, give a try, but I still think the presentation of the ring and the ringside, is too much like TNA, but I'm interested too see how it develops and if it can become something fresh and new, like Lucha has become.

I will definitely check it out. I don't have high hopes for it but if they do it right they can do something special.

Honestly i can see this happening but he won't get the status he deserves because of his age.

Is this GFW thing still going? Many of the people that are apparently on it's roster are actually signed with TNa and even WWE at this point:

The Bollywood Boyz (WWE, I don't think they're signed but they did the CWC and have appeared in NXT since)
    Andrew Everett (TNA)
Brian Myers (WWE as Curt Hawkins)
Doc Gallows (WWE as Luke Gallows)
    Johnny Gargano (WWE)
    Karl Anderson (WWE)
Mickie James (WWe, appearing at NXT seemingly as a one off next month)
Shelton Benjamin (WWE, injured currently but confirmed to return once healthy)
    TJ Perkins (WWE)
    Tommaso Ciampa (WWE)
    Trevor Lee (TNA)

So with that in mind, is GFW still a thing? Last I heard they'd signed multiple tv deals all over the place, but that was quite some time ago now. I think it's fair to say that this company isn't going to be challenging WWE anytime soon?

I haven't hear any news about this in over a year.
