There is Another way to spin thin this thread. But first let me answer e original question at hand. Will there ever be another Undertaker type character with longevity, absolutely not! We are in a reality type era. Over the top gimmicks once worked, now they do not. Pro wrestling has mostly become exaggerated molds of the person playing them Usually using their real name, or spun off and twerked from their real name. Unnatural names and characters typically do not get over anymore. And I for one am okay with that. Too much is known about the individuals playing the onscreen gimmicks to be over the top type gimmicks. But as I mentioned previously, there is another way to spin this thread. There very well could be a superstar born of this reality type era who does stick around for years to come, well into the next couple of decades that has the passion for this business that UT has. One who every so often twerks his gimmick whenever need be as UT has. His gimmick could be just about anything, not necessarily a supernatural, but anything. And mostly likely an exaggerated mold of theindividual playing said character. And he wouldn't have to have some undefeated streak at WM that is 20+ and 0. That will never happen again. Rest assured people, only UT will have done that. But a superstar born of this reality era that carries over into the next couple decades and eras would be welcome by many fans. I know I would be happy to see someones success in this business that caries over into the next 20 to 30 years, that becomes the next "locker room leader" and household name. The closest superstar at this time to achieving that is John Cena. But hes of the last era. The Ruthless aggression Era. Now Id like to see a superstar come along in the next couple years and achieve all the points that I have covered.
For the record, I usually do not go into lengthy details as I have in this thread, so I hope you that are reading this understand the points that I have made and at least think I am making sense and not sounding unrealistic or full of nonsense.
