A new Corporation could work well, and being assosiated with "The Boss" could do wonders for the careers of some of the talent...but only if it made sense. Just look at the original Corporation from 1999:
WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon: Vince McMahon formed the Corporation to help him "keep in check" rebelious superstars such as D-Generation X (the HHH/XPac/Chyna/Outlaws incarnation), Mankind and, most of all, help him do battle with Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Shane McMahon: Shane aligned with his father in an effort to screw over Stone Cold. Shane wanted to become just like his Dad, and was revealed as a shareholder for the WWF at the time.
Pat Patterson & Gerald Brisco: The infamous "Stooges", these two WWE Legends were Vince McMahon's friends/assosiates/assisstants and did Mr. McMahon's bidding whenever he needed something done. They were portrayed as "ass-kissers" and, somewhat, comic relief.
Commisoner Slaughter: For a short time, former WWF Champion Sgt. Slaughter served as Commisioner of the WWF, and an ally of Mr. McMahon.
The Rock: With the fans selecting Stone Cold Steve Austin as the new face of the WWF, Vince McMahon hand-picked The Rock to be the new face of the WWF, and everything the face of the company should be. After making him WWF Champion, he became the "Corporate Champion" and the main rival of Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Big Boss Man: Bossman returned as Vince McMahon's personal bodyguard, lead enforcer and chief of staff in his fight against Stone Cold Steve Austin, Mankind, DX and any other "rebels" in the WWF during the 'Attitude Era'.
Big Show (Paul Wight): Vince McMahon hired WCW's former "Giant" as his personal enforcer in an effort to destroy Stone Cold Steve Austin once-and-for-all.
Ken Shamrock: the former UFC Champion "sold out" for Shane and Vince McMahon's big money offer to use his skills as the "World's Most Dangerous Man" to take out any WWF Superstar who opposed the Chairman. Along with the Big Boss Man, he was Vince McMahon's lead enforcer.
Test: Vince and Shane hired the former bodyguard for Motley Crue to be their "hired gun" against WWF rebels such as Stone Cold, Mankind and DX.
Kane: Kane was "forced" into the Corporation by Vince McMahon, as he saw the 'Big Red Machine' as a potential threat to the Corporation.
Chyna: Chyna "sold out" to Vince and Shane McMahon, in an effort by the McMahon's to send a crushing blow to company rebels D-Generation X. Chyna was used, also, as an personal enforcer for Shane McMahon and his fight against X-Pac, and to keep Kane "in-check".
Triple H: The McMahon's plotted to have Chyna "leave" the Corporation to that she could "re-join" DX at Wrestlemania. All the while, Chyna lead Triple H to sell-out to the McMahon's for a chance to become a single's star and potential future WWF Champion. His betrayal was used as the final "nail in the coffin" for D-Generation X.
Mean Street Posse: Shane McMahon's best friends and personal "back-up" in any big fight situations.
As for a new Corporation today, I would do something like this:
The Corporate Family
Mr. McMahon: WWE Owner Vince McMahon feels as though his own daughter, Stephanie, and son-in-law and WWE Chief Operating Officer Triple H have betrayed him. Feeling he has "no family left", Vince went on to create his own "Corporate Family" to overthrow Triple H and Stephanie's decisions, as well as settle some personal animosity he has with such WWE Superstars as John Cena, Daniel Bryan and CM Punk.
Randy Orton: The Apex Predator, after becoming a 10-Time World Champion, is labeled everything the Face of WWE should be by the WWE Chairman. With Orton "selling-out" to the WWE Owner, he now used as Vince McMahon's own personal weapon against any WWE Superstar who opposes him. Plus, no-one knows Triple H like Orton does.
Ryback: Vince McMahon's hired gun. Mr. McMahon also labels Ryback as everything a WWE Superstar should be: having "ruthless agression" and the build of an army tank. Ryback is used to keep WWE Superstars in check, and as a means to rid the WWE of Vince's own son-in-law, Triple H.
The Shield: Vince McMahon uses The Shield to right any "injustice" that HE sees fit. Like Ryback, Vince uses this faction as his own "Hired Guns".
Brodus Clay: Brodus shocked the world when he turned on "Sweet T" and Cameron and Naomi by aligning himself as the new Bodyguard of Vince McMahon.
Prime Time Players: McMahon claims he has "MILLIONS" in common with Titus O'Neil and Darren Young. With the right price, McMahon hired the Players to do his bidding, and labeled them the future of the WWE's Tag Team Division, and also as a means for McMahon to get some more Championship gold on his side.
Theodore Long: Long sold out to McMahon to become his new exective assisstant. He is also been made the new manager of the Prime Time Players (Or as Teddy calls them, the Prime...Time...PLAYAS!)
David Otunga: Otunga is revealed to be the new Legal Counsel for Mr. McMahon.
Big E. Langston: Big E., after breaking away from AJ Lee, is hired as the new personal bodyguard for Mr. McMahon, and often aligned with fellow bodyguard Brodus Clay in tag team matches.
Vickie Guerrero: SmackDown General Manager, whom often does the bidding for Mr. McMahon in her decisions for SmackDown.
What do you guys think?
