I think the card is a pretty good one, honestly.
The 3 Stages will probably be better than most people think it will be. Their Last Man Standing match was fairly good, even with the ending, which I liked. The stipulations make sense, imo. Ryback has been tearing through guys(Lumberjacks), he has been putting people through tables, including Cena(Tables), and has made excellent use of the ambulance, which Cena refused to get into.
The Tag Match has been in the making for a while. Just because it was recently announced doesn't mean the build wasn't there. Otherwise, they'd need to announce all the matches in the first two weeks. I like the fact that they built the match up before announcing the card with less build than it has now.
The US Title match should be a good one and, like above, got the same treatment of being built before being announced.
The IC Title match is probably the one I'm least looking forward too, but it has gotten some build. Axel is a curveball and I expect him to win the title.
the Diva's title match has had some build, and last night, it was a fairly large, and good, build to their story. AJ's promo last night sold it for me.
CM Punk vs Jericho is mostly fan service. There is no real basis to their feud, it's just there to get Punk back on TV in front of his own crowd. Either way, will probably be the match of the night.
Sheamus/Sandow is where it should be, but nonetheless it has been built.
Most every match on the card has had more or less a full month of build, or nearly so, despite when they were announced(Which I think, shouldn't be a factor, so long as they have some decent build behind it)
