Which made the joke that much more funny.

2.) My bad I thought she initiated the online conversation about it.

3.) I didn't see Aries making snide comments online about it. IF he really was making those comments then I think he should be suspended because once you realize you offended someone you should always apologize. That's just me. Even if I were just doing improve, like my "wife", I would still apologize because you need to have a working relationship with your cast.
Concerning the snide remark from Aries, here it is:

"Pretty nuts, some of the junk people get the balls to say over the net, knowing they couldn't to your face...Eh, anyway, time to sack out."
Now keep in mind the fact that this comment was made BEFORE the SpikeTV rep released his statement over the incident so Aries might change his tune about it. Even then, when I realize that this sort of comment was made after his sexual harassment stunt, I don't think I'll be able to take Aries' apology at face value if he decides to give one.

Just because a woman consented playboy to take naked photographs (artistic, not pornographic fyi) that now means she's "fair game" to be treated as an object? Short answer to this is no.
Nice of you to completely disregard the first part of my post. Also I never said anything about groping so don't put words in my mouth.

And... Playboy is art? That must be a joke.

Christy Hemme is lucky to have a job, let alone be on tv. Take it in stride, laugh if off, and move on.

    An interesting note to ponder:

Dixie is saying that the Aries/Hemmer incident was handled "very seriously and immediately" https://twitter.com/TNADixie/status/334421989584433152

So how severe was this punishment if Aries felt comfortable enough to make those snide remarks on Twitter days after the incident?
I'd rather have nothing than have a lie.

Actually, with all these comments concerning this incident, Carter was the last person to the dance if my memory serves correctly. Here's the order it goes:

    1. Hemme
    2. Aries
    3. SpikeTV Executive
    4. Carter

Looking at that chain, I think it's safe to say that Aries was punished after he made those comments rather than before since Carter's message and the executive's message were released after Aries had his say on the matter.

I'm not sure the chronological order is relevant. Spike and Dixie are both saying they have a zero tolerance policy. Dixie is saying the Aries/Hemme incident was handled immediately. So how harsh was their "zero tolerance policy" if Aries was comfortable enough to make his remarks days after the incident happened.

Or let's say the chronological order is relevant. Then that makes Dixie full of shit.

Alright, I see where you're coming from. That is an interesting point you brought up. Maybe Aries just doesn't give a shit. Or maybe they gave him a light punishment for what he did than what would've happened to someone else.

If Aries has a complete disregard for the zero tolerance punishment they gave him, I would have expected him to be fired immediately. The same would happen in any professional field.

A light punishment doesn't mesh with the definition of "Zero Tolerance".

There are too many holes in Dixie's statement.
