    Running Scared - 2006

Decent action drama. Some how i enjoyed a Paul Walker film...wow.

It did have Chazz Palminteri who improves all bad/average/decent movies though.

Watched this film called Husk, bit weird but not bad at all. Strange plot lines.

Guy who plays a young Dexter Morgan is in it.

Killing them softly 7/10 - This film definitely will divide opinions, very slow to start then reached a decent speed eventually and rest of the films tone stayed at that pace. The killing scene are directed really good, quite stylish in a thrilling way actually. The dialogue was pretty much the best thing about the film, related to the economy and politics a lot I noticed. Brad Pitt and Ben mendelsohn give the best performances. A great film all round, better than 'Assassination of Jesse james' I reckon.

The Guard. Really liked this Irish film. The humour was spot on, lead performance spot on. Best comedy I've seen for a while.

Looper. Really enjoyed this also. Good to get a unique and original sci-fi movie that nowhere near sucks. I thought it was sort-of Blade Runner-esque, like, in it's stand alone nature, but not in it's poignacy. That kid is some scary shit.

Couldn't Joe have just shot off his shooting hand at the end, though?

Religulous. Fairly acceptable. I'd have liked a bit more of a challenging approach, pressing for the hard answers, but, I totally appreciate Bill Maher's wit. It was comical.
