A video package of Royal Rumble is shown, with winners from the past, high spots, and new champions. Then we get recap of build up's to the main event feuds as the camera cuts to the arena. Fireworks go off as the atmosphere is absolutely gold as the crowd are hyped. The camera then goes to JR, Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole, as they introduce us to WWE: Royal Rumble! JR talks about how tonight, will also feature an important match. With an up and coming star, Dolph Ziggler taking on John Cena. As they settle their rivalry, once and for all in a Falls Count Anywhere match! Lawler than goes to talk about Punk, taking on The Rock, in a heated feud with Punk being the WWE Championship going into the match! The Rock has vowed to end Punk's 433 day championship reign but let's see if he can back that statement up tonight! Cole then goes to talk about Alberto Del Rio's win against Big Show on Smackdown, as he became the new World Heavyweight Champion! Big Show has been terrorizing Del Rio, and his personal announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez ever since, and Del Rio is on a roll at the moment as Big Show wants what he claims is rightfully his!

Big Show's music hits, as the crowd's reaction suddenly goes from cheers to boos. Big Show taunts the crowd with his right knuckle before taking his time to slide into the ring. He looks as fierce as ever, as Alberto Del Rio's music hits. He comes out in his latest rare car, before sliding into the ring. No announcement from Ricardo Rodriguez for this one. The bell rings.

Match 1. Big Show vs Alberto Del Rio (c) - World Heavyweight Championship Match

Finish: Big Show and Del Rio get a decent amount of offense in. Big Show goes for a Clothesline however Del Rio ducks, and he goes for an Enzuigri, but Big Show quickly grabs his legs, as Del Rio grabs onto the ropes, and he does a little flip on the ropes with sends Big Show out of the ring! Del Rio turns around and ducks a WMD from Big Show and he slides back into the ring as does Show. Del Rio get's up the top rope and he taunts Show, he jumps and grabs Show's head for a DDT, but Show pushes him away. Show grabs onto Del Rio and sends him to the top rope. Show then goes for another WMD but Del Rio ducks, and counters with an Enzuigiri! He goes for the cover, and gets the pinfall!

    Winner: Alberto Del Rio

After the match, Del Rio celebrates and out comes Ricardo Rodriguez. They both celebrate together, as Big Show heads to the back. The camera heads backstage and AJ Lee in the locker room with Dolph Ziggler, and Big E Langston. She wishes Big E luck in the Royal Rumble, and wishes Ziggler luck in his match against John Cena and the Royal Rumble also. Ziggler says that himself and Big E, will clean house, and he'll make sure that Cena suffers. He says that Cena, has humiliated him, beat him in a match, and it's up to Ziggler to play the exact game. Ziggler says it's 1-1 at the moment, but tonight, after they settle it once, and for all, it'll be 2-1 Ziggler, and John Cena will go down. Langston looks at the camera, and he heavily breathes, looking as tough as he can possibly be.

The camera heads back to the ring, as Antonio Cesaro's music hits. He makes his way to the ring with a Canadian flag. And slides into the ring before grabbing a mic. He says that tonight, he'll go with the self proclaimed "Awesome" and the Must-See WWE wrestler, The Miz. Cheers are heard at the name, but Cesaro doesn't approve. He says that he finds it funny, how The Miz's career has been going downhill after defeating John Cena at Wrestlemania 27. He says that now he has the crowd on his back, management are going to give him whatever he desires because he will sell merchandise. Cesaro says that he will Neutralize The Miz to the bottom of the ranks- as Cesaro will move up higher. He says that since The Miz is Canadian, he wanted to add..a bit more build up to their match. He grabs a lighter, and light's it up, but The Miz's music hits as he runs down the ramp and slides into the ring! The bell rings as Cesaro and Miz are at it.

Match 2. The Miz vs Antonio Cesaro (c) - US Championship Match

Finish: The match could go either way as both men are on top. Cesaro sends The Miz to the top rope, and goes for a Big Boot but The Miz ducks as Cesaro kicks the flag instead. After the match, Cesaro celebrates in the ring as Miz grabs the flag and heads to the back. The camera cuts to the commentators, as JR recaps what has just gone on during the night as Del Rio retained his belt, as has Cesaro. Lawler then goes on to talk about how Cesaro has been making a massive impact throughout his career, and he's got a belt to prove it. He says that he may not like Cesaro's attitude towards the American's, but he loves Cesaro's strength.

The camera then cuts to John Cena backstage, who is with Matt Striker. Striker asks Cena, why he chose the stipulation, Falls Count Anywhere. Cena says that he wants to put on a show for the crowd, and he chose a match type that the crowd love. He says that Dolph Ziggler, is a future star, and he isn't trying to stop any of it. He says that however, if someone attacks Cena, they don't get away with it, at all. Striker then asks Cena, what he thinks of Dolph Ziggler. Cena says cocky, sneaky, show-off. He says that Dolph hasn't really got anything to show off about, except that briefcase of his. Cena says that he doesn't want his briefcase, but what he does want- is Ziggler's leg, his hands, his bones, broken. And he'll do that tonight. Striker asks Cena if there is anything else he'd like to add. Cena says that he knows Ziggler is watching, so he needs to be aware. Cena says that he's had words with Vince McMahon, and the match has been tweaked. He says that along with the Falls Count Anywhere, if Big E Langston or AJ try to interfere, they both will be fired along with Ziggler. Cena laughs as Striker thanks him for his time.

A recap of the feud between Eve/Kaitlyn is shown, as they both have been going at it for quite a while. The camera cuts to the ring as Eve is already their, Kaitlyn's music hits, and she wastes no time sliding into the ring as the match is underway.

AJ gives Eve a cold stare, but Kaitlyn slowly get's up, before AJ lays her out with a Dolph Ziggler style Superkick. Eve heads to the back, as AJ looks on at Kailtyn but the camera goes backstage.

We see Tyson Kidd warming up, ready for the Royal Rumble as Matt Striker walks into the room. Kidd looks confused as Striker walks up to him. Striker says that he wanted Kidd's thoughts, after Punk mentioned that he wasn't getting his fair share of the spotlight. Kidd says that he actually looked into that, and he agrees. He says that he has trained in the Hart Dungeon, and he has busted his ass to get where he is, but all that he has gotten out of it, is promised TV time, but no TV time whatsoever. He says that he also has dreams, dreams that need to come true. He says that Punk was correct, and Tyson Kidd is getting his spotlight no matter what. He says that he can cause chaos, cause absolute anarchy, until he get's what is rightfully his. He says that he'll earn his spotlight, by winning the Royal Rumble. He says that this is a new Tyson Kidd, and whatever he wants..he'll get.
