wish it were 6...I feel 4 ppvs is too few ppvs hoping the "one night only" ppvs will be cheaer since they are taped...im not against ordering them then. These 4 ppvs are already the ppvs they travel for...well, except genisis. Hope this helps them in the process of getting the heck out of orlando but i doubt that

Here is the themes for each monthly PPV special......
The themes for the "One Night Only" PPVs will be,

    - TNA X-Travaganza, featuring the stars of the X-Division (airing in April, taping 1/13).

    - TNA Joker's Wild Tag Team Special, featuring enemies teaming and a Battle Royal final (airing in May, taping 1/13)

    - TNA Hardcore Justice 2 - ECW reunion style "hardcore" show featuring hardcore stipulation matches bringing in ECW talents.

    - TNA "10 Reunion" - Stars from the early days of TNA battling inside a Six-Sided ring.

    - TNA Knockouts Knockdown - One night Knockout tournament with the first round being all stipulation matches and the final four in a "test of their stamina" to see who the final victor is.

    - TNA International Incident - One night tournament featuring talent from " United States, India, Mexico, Ireland, Canada, Germany,
Japan & the UK" with the winner earning a TNA title shot.

    - TNA X-Division World Cup Tournament - four teams of X-Division wrestlers in a one night tournament featuring singles, tag, six man and eight man tag bouts.

    - TNA World Cup of Wrestling - Four teams, each captained by a TNA wrestler featuring a Heavyweight wrestler, a tag team and an X-Division wrestler battling in singles, tag and stipulation bouts. The finale will be a "two ring, triple chance Battle Royal."

I am loving the sound of some of these

the world cup is a TNA classic and I am sure we are going to see some familiar faces and Ring Ka King stars

the X-Travaganza is equal to Destination X which is good

International Incident will get us new forign talent and the title shot is a plus

10 reunion has 6 sided ring which is always nice and early talent

and world cup of wrestling will have 2 rings!

I would of kept around 6. but most of these ideas sound great for the monthly special. I would order it no problem.

I am sad to see it cut that drastically but am as excited as hell for the special tapings good god they look excellent. Would it kill them to have a king of the mountain match on one of them?

Another thing is there taping schedule, I hope they tape closer to the month they going air instead of 2 months away... Maybe tape the show every last Wednesday of the month... Esp if any going co-exist with a angle or title.... Maybe even take them on the road???

Hmm. "4 epic PPV events" eh? They must have a lot of heels turns in-store for this year, huh? LOL. I jk.

IT does seem nice, especially with the 8 themed events, sounds very promising. Finally doing there own thing instead of WWE. Atleast Slammiversry needs to be one, that's the most original PPV name I've heard from TNA, and honesty thought it should've been their WrestleMania instead of "Bound for Glory"(still sounds like a gay porno, just saying). But still. at least TNa's breaking away from the one PPV a month kinda thing, and especially giving the Knock-Outs their own night. International Incident should be taking place at locations around the world at least. ECW reunion kinda thing sounds good, a place for the old talents to do what they love and company doesn't have to worry about thinking of shit for them to do on monthly basis, just once a year.

TNA is taking a chance on some level here, but they are being innovative, and that's what I loved about it. That love could very well return.
