    Don´t give up if you hurt in the morning because then you get used to the pain and it´s not as painful

    All the masturbation shit on the first page is all myths.

    And might as well get this one out of the way too - eating your own semen isn't going to benefit you.

    I realise most of you are probably thinking "well, duh" but there are some people who believe it's good for things like exercise and depression because it's full of protein and hormones. (super tiny amounts that aren't going to do jack shit)

    For whatever exercise with weights you should do 75% of whatever your max is.

    Example: Say you can bench press 300 lbs. You'd lift 225 and do the 8 rep plan.

    But in all honestly it depends on what type of training you're doing/want to do really.

    If your stuck at home and can't get to the gym, and don't have weights at home, then you can use household items for a workout. For example; if you just want to tone up, use a deck of cards to do push ups and sit ups, dips, crunches, squats etc... The idea here is to flip a card over and that is the number of push ups etc... that you do. Aces = 30; Jokers = 50; Kings = 25; Queens = 20; Jacks = 15; 10s = 10; etc... This is a perfect low budget way to tone up your muscles as you work through the whole deck for each exercise. The main point tho is to get motivated and stay motivated.
