EWNCW reporter Jonathan Sanchez here folks! Joining me at this time is 'The Freak' Ryan Wells. thanks for joining me Ryan. now let's firstly go back to EWNCW's latest ppv; Fallout. You were representing Rage in a triple threat match for the Ignition title. You came up short of course, what are your thoughts on that match?
RW: Thanks for your time as well Jonathan. Well, Lansdale and Bloodstone both are great no doubt, and the ability to fight them both for the title is great. Although I lost, I know I came close and I know if it was a do-over, I would win by working on my errors and fixing them.
JS: You've been very vocal about wanting a one on one match against the champ Damien Bloodstone, and you finally got that at last week's Inferno Supershow. You wanted a cage match, but instead got a lumberjack match, where you lost. Any thoughts about that?
RW: The GM chose what he wanted and I just went with it. I know I didn't win but again being given the opportunity is good enough for me. I was selfish but I appreciated all of them to try for the title. I disappointed the fans unfortunately which hurts, but I hope with time, I can prove I am worthy of being the people's champ by earning my shot again.
JS: Ok, moving on to other matters. EWNCW are now at war with rival company JBW. What are your thoughts on our counterparts?
RW: Just Bad Wrestling will be destroyed and regret crossing me and EWNCW, end of story.
JS: Well, with 3 cross federation events planned, is there anyone in particular from JBW that you'd like to get in the ring with?
RW: Anyone who thinks they can beat me, I'll just show them up in the ring and destroy them, it don't matter who they are, they will all fall the same. They may be accomplished in the past, but they haven't faced me yet.
JS: Thats true. Back to EWNCW, last night we had our Christmas special show. You beat The Great Cobra in a steel cage match, ironically the match you wanted against Bloodstone last week. How big was that win for you, given that you've been coming up short in your quest for gold as of late?
RW: It felt great, shutting up that Iceland idiot. I just wish it was Bloodstone for the title instead to be honest. But beggers can't be choosers, I take what I get and destroy it.
JS: That's the way I guess. Deal with whatever's in front of you. One other thing we must mention from last night is the ridiculous costume that Santa Flair made you wear! Any thoughts on your role last night a Santa's little helper? And Flair whipping you around like a bitch?
RW: I didn't mind it, the fans loved it and that's all that matters, I'm there for the fans, not for Ric Flair, so if the fans are happy, then I am. And well, look what happened to him, he took a Freak Attack through a table. No one pushes around Ryan "The Freak" Wells.
JS: Judging from what happened to Flair, can't argue with that! Finally, what's in Ryan Wells's future? Will you be campaigning for 'one more match' with Bloodstone?
RW: Whatever comes my way, whoever tries to get in my way, will be destroyed like all the rest. I'm not Christian, I fight to earn my shots. But I will be like him in one aspect, I will be a very much liked champion, except longer then his reign. If Bloodstone wants to give a shot, I'm more then willing to take it.
JS: Ok, thanks for your time Ryan. 'The Freak' Ryan Wells there folks! Stay tuned to this thread as we bring you the latest folks!
