Not entirely crazy about pipebomb on Thunder's shirt being shown at the beginning. Is he going to basically turn into him now? That's something I do not want to see.
I also really don't think beating a lower card guy, Like Dingo Mac, should qualify one for a shot at the greatest title around. This also goes back to Krysys beating nobodies last week. I understand there may not be abundance of top stars to be defeated, but defeating jobbers and a man who hasn't been pushed too much at all, shouldn't earn one that right.
Quite nice start to the show though.
Very Good stuff from Hawk and Williams, though it was never actually stated if Rosita was there, and she was then shown to be at the end...WHoops! ;P
And the next match furthers my original point about it. Whether Williams needs the rub or not, I'm not quite sure beating a man who is able to be jobbed out and not be hurt at all from it, warrants a huge title shot.
This is our shit-My judgement was out here, and while it was somewhat eclipsed in length by us two-I feel my Abel did just what was needed welly with his shit. Grind was great as always with the written shit. Are you all ready for this shit to explode? ;P
Punk and Slayde was a good match with a predictable finish. Wasn't too crazy about Slayde being called "Hot", and "On fire", when he just lost by DQ last week. The post match attack was one that was what it should have been. Just short to the point and advances shit nicely.
Strem was a really bit out there, haha, but that's not bad, and I'm really glad he's talking again. Quite interesting and intriguing shit there, Strem. Jameson comes in as he should've , and wants the shit back. But oh no, not here, not tonight. Good shit folk. Strem's massively developed here Character wise, lookin like slime slidin out the ring, and Jameson's pissed and wants the shit back. Of course he ain't gettin it now though. This was everything it should have been.
Another good match there with NAP and HW. Good finish that furthers thing and makes them boys want NAP more still.
I'm sorry, but this next segment was absolutely ridiculous, and that's for one reason: Damaged Goods should be nowhere around EWNCW at all, when they are in RTE and on the Fight Night Voting, no less. Booking oversight here? ;P Maybe ridiculous is the wrong word, but this thing shouldn't have happened, at all. They haven't even been on recent shows, so promotion is not an option either.
A great match with a much better opponent on the qualifying side.
Quite good stuff there from PT and Cannon. Should have a lot on the line match wise.
Quite another good dang match, but unsure on that finish."Bennett staying to watch so no one interferes-Ya can't have a pinfall done with both members of a tag team in the ring, :P
Very interesting stuff from Shuriken and Staples here, which furthered things majorly.
Great main event, and while it did prove a point with Smyth being in the match-I personally feel it should have ended without this promo. I was quite fine when I thought the segment was over. Smyth could have been pointed out as "not belonging" next week. Plus Hawk should certainly not be fighting with him, I feel this is a "Jump everyone in the wrong" situation, heel or face. I'm not entirely sure what to make of Eddie J's promo, though since it didn't belong at all, IMO. It left me agreeing heavily, though.
