Yeah, the networks here try to make us think they're doing us some kind of huge favours by playing "new" episodes but they use this strategy I've noticed in recent times where they'll start a new series, then sneak in a couple of 'not new but fairly recent' episodes in along the way, thereby stringing out the series as long as possible. It's kind of fucked. But hey, if I get that keen to see anything, I will stream it or D/L it and clearly, HIMYM is not high on my priority list these days. Think I'd rather watch 2 Broke Girls. (not really)
Just watched the Spotlight special about the latest issues in Northern Ireland and my brother was featured..Jesus i could not understand a word he said LOL
Other than that.. CSI starts back in the UK next and wonder has anyone seen the start of the new season and whether it is worth the watch?
My buddy got a screener of the pilot for that CW show Cult, and he insisted I watch it. Holy fuckpants. I can't recall the last time that I saw a show this damn messy. Strangely, though, I'm not even sure if I disliked it. It's all over the freakin' place in just about every regard...but it still held my interest. I think? Yeah, I'm not even sure what to make of it. Shit's beguiling.
I'm about 99.9% sure you'll like it. Call it a hunch.
I'm a big kid, so I know I'm the only person who still watches Power Rangers. And this new season called Megaforce is going to be the greatest season since Time Force.
I honestly didn't even know Power Rangers was still a thing. I haven't watched any of it since the OG group.
The only kid property that I personally still fuck with is Ninja Turtles. The new Nickelodeon show is genuinely amazing, and easily the best thing Turtles-related since the original movie. I was legitimately blown away by just how much they nailed it.
Curling up on the couch to watch the show with a giant bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch is probably about as close to a time machine as there's ever going to be.
