If ROH's TV deal is a good deal, I don't know the specifics of it, but a deal where they can get more main stream exposure then they did on VS I think they could surpas TNA as the number two wrestling company in the United States. What are your thoughts on this?

I'm really looking forward to seeing them live on tv.

Its a good deal to get exposure but they will remain #3 Wrestling company due to it only a syndication deal....

Another problem will be the tape delay. PPV are live, but are out of sync with tv, for example the first couple of episodes will all air after death before dishonor but are set before

So it's only a trial and not a permanent slot?

Pretty much..... some wrestling did good in syndication like NWA/WCW World Wide...
It could lead to ROH getting a new cable deal, in the long run I would hope...

Syndicated TV worked for wwf or was it wwwf back in the day, helped take them to an equal level with jcp

As far as I know its permanent on Sinclair Stations, since Sinclair owns them. The main problem will be the time ROH airs, here in Vegas its Saturdays at 10pm or 1am

Another thing time will vary when it comes on.... Like i have said before it also will be pre-emitted for other program.... say sports or movies or news or etc... In ROH case rating want matter on station feedback of the show...

They're going to be putting it on demand on the website tooooooooooo

I would like to stress that, no matter how good their new TV programme is going to be, it won't be as good as the PPVs or the DVDs. Just lik WWE or TNA, really. So I urge y'all to give those a shot too.

They have a live internet PPV on this Saturday and it looks off the chain - buy it (or pirate it... you cheap bastards)

I'll have to give it a look, i have actually never seen any roh ppv or full matches, am looking into watching them on the air, (tv wise) though.

I say pay the 14.99 USD it's totally worth it. I for one am excited for ROH's TV deal but I'll watch online since they aren't in my market. I think at the moment it's just a trial for now and then they'll gradually build up to other markets and and hopefully go live at some point
