In the lights of Goldberg claiming that he would face Batista at the event that will take place at Congo, I was searching for photos of Batista and this is what I found.

He was supposedly trying out for MMA and really, except for Lesnar and a few others you don't see massive hulks in MMA, it's more efficient to be smaller.

And he probably stopped roiding

Batista is probably in the best shape of his life right now. No more steroids, no body building, just pure, clean cardio and mma style work outs. He has definitively cleaned up his life and he looks a lot happier now. This is what it takes to do mma, and this is what it looks like when you love what you do. Also, I wouldn't put to much stock in that Congo gig that has been rumored about.

He looks so much older now. I read a while back in an interview he did that he'd stopped doing weights altogether.

No Weights = No Dates!!

He still lifts weights, just not all roided up and cardio is the main thing when trying to do mma. Sometimes dumbbells go to peoples head. Strength is good but not everything.

I'll second that.
Lesnar's strength was scary to see in WWE at times.

Yeah, Brock Lesnar. Well we'll see if he is able to come back to MMA/UFC after surgery. Because of his roided muscles and strict diet he had to have surgery for diverticulitis, which a lot of normal people handle with diet and exercise. Also, Brock got his a$$ handed to him by Cain Velasquez, also Frank Mir beat him once, and I've got a feeling Junior Dos Santos would wipe the floor with him. These individuals have more cardio, jujitsu, boxing, and submission skills than Lesnar. Plus they all strength train as well. Brock was a powerhouse in wrestling and I miss him in the WWE, he's also pretty good at MMA, but still has a lot to learn. All I was saying was that even thou lifting weights is a good thing, it's not everything.

The bigger they are, the harder they fall. It's also real easy to drop a roid head. Knowledge is power!! It's also hard for roid heads to keep a date when they're missing their 3rd leg.

I have never seen ZTLIS and now I'm confused as well. I was just messing with you Tommy. You seem pretty cool, I was just playing around and that "more weight equals more dates" quote seemed easy pickings for some fun. On a side note, it's better to have a combination of workouts - weights, cardio, fighting techniques, stretches, ect.. to get an all around effect.

Ahh right lol!
"More Dates equals more dates" is a quote from The Big O (the guy in the picture) who appears on Zack Ryder's youtube show.

And yes, from experience, it's certainly better to have all round workouts to ensure you're in top condition in ever aspect. Not just the strength dept.
