View Full Version : Reinventing himself!?

OKay, now i know i havent been on the Matt Hardy bandwagon as of late and for everyone who likes Matt Hardy... this isnt the time that i jump on. Im completely aware that this is my second Matt Hardy thread in two days but in all seriousness... REALLY!?

Before i get crap for only ripping on him, i must say i was impressed with the fact that he got back into shape. Which is always a plus in a sport that demands people to look good on camera.

The problem i had with this whole thing is that he said he is so called reinventing himself but all i saw that a guy trying to be like his brother. The hair looked like he called up Awesome Kong and had her give him some tips and the action just looked like Matt Hardy. Usually when people say they are "REINVENTING" they change something or maybe push themselves in another direction. I mean COME ON!

Ill end this with two words for Matt hardy... SECOND ROPE!!

He still had a gut. I have seen him with a bit of ab muscle when he was working out but I guess things like that doesn't last when grapes are on his mind.

Also....T.Reks got famous today xD

Yeah, but i saw a picture of him not too long ago were he looked like Chris Farley in training...

The only thing he got himself in shape for was an episode of Man vs Food.

He did look like he did get a little bulkier at the same time. Bad investment for TNA!

Jokes aside lol xD

He didn't do anything but maybe we are too early(or late) to make the call that he can change wrestling.

The only wrestlers that could change wrestling are guys like Hogan, Rock, Austin, Flair, and Gorgeous George!

I'm glad that Matt has lost some weight, and is looking trimmer than his final few weeks in WWE. But he disappointed me. I was hoping that Matt would go more crazy with his moves(crazy meaning at least a move off the top rope), and maybe a new finisher. But it was the exact same Matt Hardy from WWE! This brown man is not pleased.

I think he isn't going up the second rope that quick. So much for changing pro wrestling.

Im just going to start calling him Matt "Second Rope" Hardy. Not that original but maybe the nickname will rejuvinate him! Since from what he says in his videos... he is an avid dirtsheet reader.

Hey I love that show!

On topic, it just goes to prove, Matt needs to ride his brothers coattails forever and ever and ever.

Hey I just worked out how he's changing wrestling - just when you thought TNA couldn't be in a worse position, they hire Matt Hardy! He has virtually assured that WWE will continue to reign supreme for a lot longer yet

TNA hires every washed-up has been for the sake of name value, even when that person can no longer entertain or wrestle. TNA is supposed to be Total Nonstop Action, and yet they hire guys past their prime merely for the sake of name-value, because TNA believes wholeheartedly that ex-WWE has-beens will draw in more ratings then no-name homegrown talent in their prime like Petey Williams and Christopher Daniels.

TNA gave opportunities to guys like Scott Hall, who clearly was never in any shape to wrestle. They brought in X-pac when the man clearly had addiction problems and was disliked by the fans. Now theyve brought in Matt Hardy, who the majority of internet fans hate.

In the end, TNA cares more about big names then it does about actual talent. This is just another bad addition to an already bloated roster filled with has-beens.

That is my major problem against TNA.

Thats not the only problem IMO. Ex WWE talents might draw huge. Look at Anderson as an example, the fans love him. But its how they use their talent. They don't put them in interesting storylines, or just keep them there to say "OOOOh look, we have this guy, we have that guy, he was a former world champion!".

The homgrown talents should be used a bit more.

Didn't know he was a sigmaker.

As for TNA, yeah they should go back to doing what made them a good company in the first place.

He makes great pics. This pic is a instant win.

That won't happen. They need more ex-WWE guys to make them good.

TNA this is for you. SHELTON BENJAMIN HAS MORE TALENT THAN FATT AND METH HARDY COMBINED!
