Few questions for you guys:

Will Kurt Angle ever return to WWE for a last run?
Do you want Kurt Angle to return?
Will he be inducted into the HOF?

My personal feeling is that he won't have another run in WWE. He's 42, and with no signs of him leaving TNA, it looks increasingly likely that sadly he'll retire with TNA.

I want him to return to WWE for one last run, as he deserves to go out on top, after a match at Wrestlemania. He's just been named the wrestler of the decade recently, and this proves that he deserves a big sendoff in front of tens of thousands at Wrestlemania, rather than in front of a few hundred inside a bingo hall at whatever TNA calls their 'main spectacle'.

There's no doubt in my mind that Angle should be inducted into the HOF. As I said, he's recently been named the wrestler of the decade and he deserves to be inducted more than anyone. If he doesn't return for a final run in WWE, then I'd want him to do a similar program to Bret Hart's last year, where he came in to do a program running up to Mania. Kurt could do 'one more match' and then be inducted into the HOF.

There's my thoughts, what about you guys?

He won't return but a good run should be fun to watch if he does. Feud with a few guys and go for the main title and retire with it. The following year be inducted in the HOF.

I thought that Statement was VERY one sided.Yes,I would love to see kurt come back to the WWE for one last run.(He is my favorite Wrestler ever.),but in an old interview kurt said,''I would rather wrestle for hundreds of screaming fans then thousands of fans sitting on their hands.''
I think it wont happen, but anything can happen in the the world of Pro wrestling.
P.S.Try being more open minded to Wrestling, and not a Vince troll.

imo as a tna fan i hope angle remains with the company he's by far the best wrestler in the world at the moment but i supose with his lack of main event talent vince could really do with the one who's just that damn good. as long as tna still have angle its worth watching tna impact

Riiiight, lets send him somewhere where he'll probably spend the rest of his career jobbing to kids 6 months fresh on tv and will be continuously passed over for title shots/reigns in favor for them.

Let's send him somewhere where despite being a world class athelete, he'll end up on the mid card while having joke segments with Santino Marella (another misused talented wrestler), Big Show, Hornswaggle, and/or Vickie Guerrero.

To finish it off, we'll induct him into the WWE Hall of Fame and have him lose his final match at Wrestlemania (HBK, Flair, etc).

Yeah, real classy finish there...

I wouldn't call my statement one sided, and as for being open minded I'm afraid that's just my opinion of TNA in it's current state. I think TNA has a very talented roster, but it's a company that has no direction whatsoever at the moment in my opinion. Hogan and Bischoff haven't a clue what they're doing. Perhaps I was a bit harsh with the 'bingo hall' comment, but it's sad to think that guys like Angle have to perform in front of hundreds of screaming fans where thy should be performing in front of tens of thousand screaming fans.

HBK (and Flair I believe) wanted to lose their final match. HBK said that he wanted to go out against the best, and he did.

Do you really think WWE will put Kurt Angle into the mid-card if he was to return?

They would be stupid if they did. Xpacfans kind of right though. If Kurt returns to WWE for a final run, hes going to lose his last match, which I don't want to see.

I'd rather have him in the company that appreciates him, rather than in WWE, where 80% of the audience don't even know who he is, and him getting put into crappy matches.

That's the problem. If TNA had the same fan-base as WWe and the same size audiences, I would have no problem with Angle retiring there. But I couldn't bare the thought of Angle retiring with barely no recognition at all. And like you said, 80% of the WWE fans probably don't have a clue who he is, which is disgraceful if you ask me. But as for putting him in crappy matches, Angle is like Daniel Bryan, he could have a 5 star wrestling match with a broom.
On that note, imagine a match between Angle and Bryan! I honestly wouldn't mind Angle loosing to Bryan if he was to have a final match at Mania or something.

I wouldn't mind that either, if Kurt wanted Bryan to be his final opponent and was fine with losing to him, and if Kurt didn't go to another wrestling company, ala Flair, and make a mockery of his awesome WWE retirement. But Kurts already been to TNA, and is getting older everyday, so I don't see that happening.

Problem with this statement is, no one would be sitting on their hands if Kurt Angle is in the ring. No matter who he's in the ring with, he's always exciting. Not to mention if he came back he would immediately shoot up to main event status, so he will be in the ring with other guys that people care about.

To answer the question though: No I don't think he would return, yes it would be incredibly awesome if he did, and of coarse he will make it to the HOF. The WWE does still acknowledge him (was ranked #2 I think in the all time submission stars list) and he was just too great to ignore. I pretty much know this will never happen, but before I die I want to see 1 match between Angle and Dragon....and I want it to be an iron man match lol.

EDIT: It looks like someone already beat me to the Dragon/Angle idea, but yes it would be awesome. And to Xpac fan, wow. Just wow.

I am sure Kurt will be inducted into the WWE HOF once he retires from TNA without a doubt! And yes, Angle vs. Bryan would make me mark out big time!

I don't think he means in ring competition. I think he meant the crowd. Kids probably don't know Kurt Angle.

I wasn't really referring to that part of his statement, although I do disagree with it because it was only four years ago that he left and the kids in the crowd know more about history than you think (don't believe me, check out the response for Stone Cold every time he comes out). What I was referring to was Kurt Angle being stuck in mid-card feuds (which wouldn't happen) when he is in a mid-card feud in TNA right now with Double J.

I know Kurt will be in main event status if he ever decides to come back. Though I meant the kids now(who is younger) WWE would make Kurt like Captain America since he is for the US and fairness etc etc etc.

That's not exactly the worst gimmick though for the current WWE environment. The kids would certainly get behind it and the adults would get behind anything Kurt Angle does because he's Kurt frikin Angle.

I want to see Kurt and Orton in a battle of Angle Slams! - just a joke but his years are dwindling and I don't see Kurt staying in the ring ala Flair so if he is to return to the WWE, I hope it's within the next couple of years!

Trust me, he would be in the main event. He's too good for him not to. His merch sales and reaction would be far too much to ignore.

Are you smoking those left handed cigarettes? You do know wresting isn't real don't you? Pro rasslin isn't about a win/lost column, its about compelling storylines young grasshopper. Just making it to Wrestlemania is the prize, not winning at it. Its a show, Vince decides who wins in the end not the talent. Sometimes a loss is really a win in disguise. Its an honor to lose sometimes to tell and complete the story. I don't know who pee'ed in your cornflakes but my best advice for you is let the anger go.

People are so negative with their responses on this website, "Blah Blah Blah kurt wont be used properly", "Blah Blah Blah he'll just lose all his matches", Just stop being fools and think for a second! If he ever does return he will obviously have alot of say in how he returns, if vince says "hey kurt come back and lose to hornswoggle" he wont come back. we all know vinnie mac wants kurt angle back so if he returns it will be on kurts terms

I don't know. Tee Shirts, action figures, whatever the hell kids buy. I'm sure he put up great numbers before he left for TNA.

Toy olympic gold medals? I'm just guessing that they would capitalise on his fame. I like his TNA merch better than his WWE merch though.
