I'm genuinely curious. As I can't think is a win that wasn't a cross arm breaker.

Didn't he win the Fatal 4 Way on the last Smackdown by pin?

EDIT: Bryan by the way.

Ok. I'll try again. When was the last time he won via pin fall in a one on one match?

I know when he won the WWE championship from CM Punk, he pinned Punk. Of course that was 9 months ago, and that was a triple threat.

Don't knock it, I like submission specialists. ADR is good at that...

He won that title from Cena

He won that title from Cena

but he did pin punk to win the title either way, which basically goes into the factor of "Cena never loses clean" haha

but anyway guys, I think ADR needs a non submission finisher. Jericho always had his lionsault for when he didn't use the Walls of Jericho back in the day before he had the codebreaker. I say he should use something like the TKO/swing jawbreaker. Just so it gives him a legitimate way to win a match against someone who never taps out.

I personally like the fact he gets people to tap instead of pinning them.. though even angle has the angle slam so I can see masakaritko's point of having a non-submission finishing move... though I fear that it would take away from the cross armbreaker

The problem with the cross armbreaker is that a lot of fans, especially younger ones don't care much for submissions. I'm not saying he should abandon it completely, he just needs more depth to his arsenal. If he has a devastating finisher to use he may garner more heat than no reaction at all. I like ADR and I want to see him succeed as an uber heel.

Del Rio could use a new finisher the cross arm is getting boring. THIS should be his new finisher lmao.

Once again, just because the guy has a submission finisher does NOT make him a submission expert.

ADR blows, he needs to go back to AAA.

Didn't he used to use a Military press dropped (http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/wiki/Professional_wrestling_throws#Gorilla_press_drop) into a bridging German suplex (http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/wiki/German_suplex) back in Mexico?

Chris Benoit had Crippler Crossface

I don't think the finisher is the problem as much as the in-ring psychology is. Every match and every feud is the same. 1) sneak attacks during Smackdown or Raw to soften the arm up, 2) work the arm for 25 minutes (of what is typically a boring match), 3) PPV opponent valiantly struggles and succeeds at getting out of the cross-armbreaker, 4) opponent hits their own finisher for the win.....

Every match follows this pattern. It's boring.

Chris Benoit had Crippler Crossface

True, he did, but he also had the Flying Headbutt as a finisher from time to time.
