Oh well, only my 3rd one and I'm happy with my overall standings. :) There were more decisions than expected I agree. Maybe MMA has changed forever in that regard

A lot more decisions then I would have expected also. Either everyone is playing it safe to score points and have become lazy, or forgot how to train in order to finish the fights. I personally thought that they were playing it safe. However Silva still knows how to finish an opponent off. I wonder what's going through Sonnen's mind now that Silva shut him up?

Your the man of knowledge, So when do you think GSP v Silva is going to happen? Or I they both scared to face each other...

It's common knowledge that Dana White wants to book this match up between GSP and Silva, however the problem arises that since both are current champions in their respective weight classes, who should drop their belt and move up or down in weight classes. What could be done instead is having them fight a "catchweight" fight which would enable them to meet in the middle between their respective weight classes. There has been no word if this will happen or not, especially since GSP's recent injury, but I'm not ready to rule it out yet either. I don't expect this dream fight to happen this year, however we may get a break in negotiations early next year between the two camps, and an agreement may be reached. Silva has publicly stated that he doesn't want to fight Jon Jones, while this would be another dream fight, and Jones's camp is willing to let Jones fight Silva, this particular match up is very unlikely unless Dana forces it to happen.

GSP vs. Anderson Silva may happen sooner than we think, but getting everyone on the same page to make it happen is another story. We want it, Dana White wants it, GSP stated that he'll fight anyone the UFC puts in front of him and Anderson Silva has yet to make a public statement concerning GSP. The more people that contact Dana White and Joe Rogan @ the UFC demanding that they try harder to put this fight together, the sooner we can see it. If it does come to fruition, the match will be held in either Canada or Brazil.

Interesting,

Who do you think would win? My money would be on Silva.
