While I was never a huge fan of WCW , the one concept and match I really enjoyed was the 2 ring cage match . { sorry don't know what they called it } How amazing would it be if WWE brought this back at least once a year ? Would have worked great with the brand extension , but even today it can still be great with the top heels vs top faces .

Anyone want to see this match return ?

It was called "WarGames".

And yeah, I'd love to see that again.

HOnestly, i figured TNA would have done this too.

I also loved the 3 ring battle royal, although it was really just a big cluster f***...........

It was one of those things that you would miss about WcW it was definately a high point in that promotion.

It would be cool to see the match return... but probably want in the WWE due to Vince.... Although you can look at many indy companies whom have War Games style matches...

I think it'd be cool to see a WCW themed PPV kinda like One Night Stand with different specialty matches from WCW.

wargames was amazing imo it was one of the few things wcw did right, i remember watching the first one as a kid, Road Warriors with Paul Ellering Dusty and Nikita vs the Horseman and JJ Dillon brutal match everyone worked stiff and used the cage alot its a shame we wont see it again,,at least in the PG era

I think this is something we'll see if Triple H was running the company. It's Vince that doesn't want to do something WCW did that he didn't think of first.Triple H is a fan of those wrestling days and i think he would do something like this in the future.

Needs more Thunderdome

Thunderdome? That's it! We'll make a circular steel cage that has a roof and one small hole in the center to escape through...

I dunno, that sounds iffy and like everyone would just run to different ends. How about putting each guy in a small booth before allowing them into a match and mixing it with a fatal four way? First guy to get pinfall, submission, or escape wins.

Brilliant!

stables really made those matches what they were the dangerous alliance full of young talent
the four horsemen before wcw did it full of talent
and the faces were all great talented guys as well it won't happen again it might have been a once in a lifetime thing sadly
but if it will happen again they need 1 stable to be in itXD

Please...wwe...please put the Rock, HHH, Undertaker, Shawn Micheals, Ryback, CM Punk, Cena, Lesnar, The Sheild in WCWs WAR GAMES!!! Forget the elimination chamber....War Games....I doubt you can make it tough and gritty like in the old days but at least try!

BTW, John Cena will finally turn heel against the Rock and be unveiled as the leader of the Shield...

they will never ever do war games. it takes up way to much space. you will have to take out most of the floor seats.

I've been to War Games, and the set-up doesn't take up THAT many square feet. Plus, it's not like every PPV venue is packed to the rafters and they couldn't "sacrifice" so many seats. They just price the seats according to proximity of the ring as per usual and issue less cheap tickets for the nosebleed section.

Secondly, they are putting out a War Games DVD in the fall, so I wouldn't necessarily rule out some sort of tie-in.

I have actually never seen this match.

I have always been a WWE guy, from what I heard about the concept though it seemed like one of those cool things to see, I also seen a few clips of it on a couple of DVD's and it looked pretty brutal which was cool.

I think the clip I seen involved the Road Warriors and Dusty Rhodes against the Horsemen but I could be wrong.

it wasn't great. i found them slow. it only look brutal cause you had dusty and the four horsemen blading.
