Hey I've seen a lot of movies but now I'm looking to download some movies and/or TV series. Can I get some (serious) suggestions?I'll watch pretty much anything as long as it's not too corny romantic or juvenile.

Throw it at me!;)

Not a lot of people I know have seen them but I'd check out Bless the child, The Surge, Stigmata, and Gabriel. What do you use to down load movies?

I wonder who suggested that site.....

Also you can use Ant Video Downloader to download almost any stream like youtube and that site.

I download a lot How I Met your Mother with it and the other day I downloaded 21 Jump Street using it as well.

Wasn't for sure. Never know about you young chaps. ;)

If you can get Netflix, they have an all movie site that's $8 a month with a good list, they also have alot of good TV shows for $8 a month. Also there is hulu and vudu. With my Blu-Ray and wireless, I get Amazon, Blockbuster, Vudu, Hulu, Netflix, and my own personal movie channel that I can keep all my favorites on. I buy a movie for pennies on the dollar and get to add them to my list.

a few suggestions that may already be posted (long lists make me go cross-eyed)

Horror
Audition - still in the top 5 for fucked up horror movies I have seen, don't eat any sort of meat either directly before or after (Don't know how strong your stomach is)

Comedy
Black's Books
Spaced
Snuffbox
the IT Crowd
Kevin Smith's Q&A sessions (He has 2 on Netflix, don't know if others exist elsewhere since I don't really follow his career)
The Guild

Musicals
Into The Woods (Netflix has the version with Bernadette Peters, she totally steals every scene she is in)
Dr Horrible's Sing along blog
Sweeney Todd (the version with Johnny depp is easiest to find, and isn't half-bad)

Stand-up comedy
John Pinette
Bill Burr
Louis C.K.
john caparulo

Action
Domino

Try Morgan Spurlock's recent film, 'The Greatest Movie Ever Sold'. It's a unique film which looks at product placement, marketing and advertising in the film and TV industries.
Although it may seem boring, it actually is the most entertaining movie I have seen this year.

(I would recommend 'Super Size Me', but I presume being the tasteful guy that you are Robstar, that you have already seen this. If by the off chance you haven't, watch this before the one above).

Crows Zero, it's about a school were every class fights the other to raise up the ranks and find an overall leader...it ain't some japenese martial art fighting but proper street brawling - Highly Recommend this film :)

Slumdog Millionaire was a musical? I honestly don't remember that. There's some decent Bollywood movies out there. Of course I have seen all the Bruce Lee movies, especially Way Of The Dragon!!! I was a red blooded teenage boy in the 80's! They were compulsory lol

For Horror you might want to try 'Psychomania'. A really good one that never really got it's proper dues.
Mighty Max was a really cool cartoon series.
As far as War films you should check out 'Johnny Got His Gun'. If you haven't already.

In all seriousness though Rob it is a sound investment. And I know what you're probably thinking, "I have a broadband internet connection, why would I pay for what I can just download for free?" I've been feeling like shit today, so i've been laid up with watching Netflix all day. I've watched a lot of shit that I wouldn't usually dream of watching if I never had instant access to it. Seriously I've had it less than a week, and I would say the £6 monthly fee has already paid for itself!!

I signed up to Netflix for the one month free trial, didn't think much of it, (infact I think I wrote about it in another thread), anyway watched a couple of things. Meant to cancel before next month, forgot. Meant to cancel before month after that, forgot. That's £12 quid wasted. I haven't watched anything since Religulous, about 2.5 months ago.
